Processing and Estimated Shipping Times

All items are handmade, and some can take time to create and ship. Wreath Purchases allow 3-7 business days. I will do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Our goal is to provide the utmost positive and satisfying shopping experience at Donna’s Creative Designs.

All purchases are final. There are no refunds or returns due to the nature of our business.

If applicable at any point of conducting business with us shipping costs are not refundable & return-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Care instructions

Deco Mesh is designed to withstand outdoor exposure, the ribbons and other decorations are NOT. To ensure your wreath will last for many seasons to come, I suggest hanging your wreath on a door that has an overhang to protect the life of your
design.
Store your wreath in a cool place like the closet wall with plastic draped over the design. DO NOT store your design in an EXTREMELY HOT OR COLD place. Keep the shipping box for storage, just be sure to use tissue paper to line the box.

Do you accept custom and personalized orders?

Yes, I welcome all custom orders. Most designs can be personalized to fit your needs (colors, accents, etc...). If you do not find what you're looking for, contact me with details of what you would like, and I would be happy to create "An Unique Design With You In Mind".

How am I able to place an order?
After you have discovered an item you would like to purchase, click on the order button. Make sure you follow the guidelines on the order page. If you are requesting more than one item, please utilize our “add to cart” feature. Orders will be made available immediately after payment has been made and verified.

What service do you use to process orders?
All orders requested on our site are handled and carried out through an approved Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal procedure. At the point of offering the card information for a sale, if it has not expired and is valid, it will be pre-approved and charged when the processing is carried out.

What types of payment do you acknowledge?
We acknowledge and accept an extensive variety of payments including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Discover Card, JCB International card, and in addition PayPal.

Payment
All products and services remain Donna’s Creative Designs property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Service costs, Product costs, Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must have parents’ permission to buy from Donna’s Creative Designs.

All transfers conducted through Donna’s Creative Designs are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored, and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms of service for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers’ own expense.
